How do I order?
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and 'add to cart' any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished your selections, click on 'Checkout' in the top right corner where you can review all items & progress to the Checkout. You can either create an account to make future purchasing much quicker or if you're pressed for time simply progress as a guest.
We accept a range of both credit & debit cards plus we also accept payments via Paypal. If you do not wish to pay online, we can take your order & card information over the telephone. Please call +44 (0121) 501 3773 to place a telephone order.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, please contact us by email quoting your order number & details and we will correct the mistake.
What are the shipping charges?
UK Orders - FREE shipping on all UK orders over £30. Our standard charge for delivery of UK orders under £30 is £2.50.
Europe Orders - Our standard charge for delivery of all European orders is £5.00.
International Orders - Our standard charge for delivery of all other International orders is £8.00.
All orders will be dispatched via 1st class Royal Mail delivery, Air Mail or our selected Courier service dependent on order size, weight, value & destination. Where possible please make sure you have specified an address where there will be someone available to sign for your package. All delivery charges will automatically be added at the checkout.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver your order as quick as possible!
UK Orders - Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched same day* (excluding bank holidays). Weekend orders will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders dispatched using 1st class Royal Mail post should be received in 1-3 days. Orders dispatched via courier should arrive next working day - where possible please make sure you have specified an address where there will be someone available to sign for your package. Unfortunately Seventyseven cannot guarantee next day delivery. If you need an order urgently please telephone us before midday to see if next day delivery can be arranged via courier.
Europe Orders - Should reach you within 5-7 days. Next day delivery is unavailable outside of UK.
International Orders - Delivery times will vary depending on your worldwide location.
You must inform us within 14 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please email us & quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
*Same day dispatch service may experience a short delay during busier periods e.g. on the run in to Christmas.
Can I place a back order?
If your prefered style, colour or size is not currently available, please email us and we will do everything we can to advise you when the item is due back in stock.
Do you have a privacy policy?
Seventyseven do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
What's your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will either issue a full refund or exchange the item for a different size/colour as requested (subject to stock availability).
Prior to returning any goods please contact us via the returns email address below quoting your order number plus the details of your requirements. We will then advise you of the correct action to take.
